The Landscaping Department –

The landscape department mainly carries out customer care relandscaping work for new build clients.

Supply external works around tower blocks
Artificial grass installs.
Once off landscaping schemes, drainage, fencing, lawns & patios.

Grounds Maintenance –

Manage many of the open spaces, stock plots and show homes of some National developers.
Annual grounds maintenance contracts.
Maintain open spaces around factories.
Contract grass cutting for the Highways.
Grass cutting and Deveg work.

The Construction Department –

Specialising in the multi trade property maintenance and insurance repairs sectors, working closely with some of the UK’s largest developers and insurers.

Key areas of work-

Customer care, remedial and snagging work.
Supply labour for site finishing work.
Supply range of trades including joiners, plasterers, painters & decorators, plumbers, electricians.
Building repair work for impact, flood and fire damage for a number of insurance companies.
Re-cladding work for tower blocks.
Tower block improvement work and assisting fire stopping works.
Kitchen & Bathroom replacements for Housing associations.
External works preparing slabs for scaffolding around tower blocks.

Staffing Structure –

Our client has established a very loyal and experienced team, his main role now is to look after the clients and ensure each of the departments have enough work coming through as well as maintaining the brand and quality. His partner manages the background infrastructure for tenders, safety schemes and ISO’s.

There is a Senior contacts manager, Deputy contracts manager and Customer care person working in the Construction department, a Manager on the Arb side who deals with sorting work for direct and subcontractors and an experienced Landscape manager with 4/5 landscape teams in place. A Grounds maintenance/ Office manager controls the invoicing, accounts, quotes and general office admin responsibilities. In addition, there is a full time Credit control/accounts role.

The General operations/Operations Manager role deals with fleet, repairs, servicing, IT, phones, insurance and brand promotion.

Handover –

Our client appreciates a handover period will be required and happy to agree the terms of this to ensure the smooth transition of both the operations but more importantly the key contracts both in the pipeline.

Further Potential –

Our client admits majority of the work comes from existing and referral clients and any new owner may look to expand the operation by further pushing the promotion of the company through developing a business development arm, additional Google advertising as well increasing the current workforce.
