Description of the winery
The first harvest was in 2013, being partially vinified and the entry on the market took place in 2014.
Since the beginning of the wine business, the owner's thinking, given the relatively small area he owns and exploits, has been to produce only premium and super premium wines, targeting the HoReCa sector. As a result, he considered smaller productions of approximately 8 to/ha, considering that it is a necessary condition for producing premium wines. Depending on the technology used, the plantation can produce even 20 tons / ha and even more, but the quality of the final product, the wine, having to suffer.
The wine cellar has a total tank capacity of 2200 hl (220 tons). The tanks are made of food stainless steel, purchased new in 2013 and after this year.
The main machines of the winery are: skimmer, 3.5 mc closed hydraulic press, screw pump, peristaltic pump, piston pump, rotor pump, steam generator, plate filter, semi-automatic bottling line 800 bottles / hour, BIB filling installation, etc. All the machines were bought new in 2013 and after this year.
The wine cellar has an area of 200 sqm and the bottling and storage area 100 sqm.
The cellar and the other buildings are on a plot of about 12,000 square meters. On this land there is a borehole made at 45-50 meters that offers thermal water with a smell of sulfur at a constant temperature of 24 degrees Celsius in the winter / summer with a very high flow. This can be used to heat all buildings with a heat pump.
On the urban plot with a frontal view of the Danube River, with an area of 12,000 square meters, there are the following constructions:
Wine cellar with annexes: 350 sqm
Terrace with barbecue, rotisserie, oven, smokehouse: 100 sqm
New villa P + E + M: 360 sqm; VIESSMANN central heating with wood.

House built in 2006: Ground floor 60 sqm composed of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchen, electric underfloor heating.
Renovated house Ground floor 150 sqm composed of 1 bedroom, kitchen, mechanical workshop equipped with work benches, warehouse, terracotta stoves.
The opening of the urban land of 12000 sqm is of 150 ml at the Danube River with the possibility of constructing a pontoon with a pier and having at least 5000-6000 sqm available for real estate development. The opening on the street parallel to the Danube River is 110 ml.
To the north, fence in fence with the wine cellar, is for sale another property which was left "la rosu (almost finished)", having an urban area of about 2100 sqm and a pension-like building with 12 rooms.
On the other side of the Danube River are two islands created by the arms of the Danube, with an area of 440 ha completely forested, the visual perspective from the winery, villas, etc. being exceptional.
All the necessary equipment exists for the vineyard: tractors, plow, disk, scarifier, weeder, herbicide plants, etc.
The drilling for water on the farm was made up to 15 meters and has a flow that cannot be used for irrigation, the water being functional but only for administrative uses. Also the seller started the construction of an administrative headquarter at the wine farm, being at the foundation and basement stage.
Marketplace: Constanta, Braila, Brasov, Bucharest, Cluj, Galati, Tulcea, Prahova, Mures, Sibiu counties, etc.
On the HoReCa market there are the following assortments of dry and semi-dry wines:
1. The CUVEE palette (DRY WINES)
- Chardonnay fermented and aged in oak barrels for at least 6 months, 0.75 l;
- Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot aged in oak barrels minimum 18 months 0.75 l;

ICE CHARDONNAY (Chardonnay grapes harvested late in winter, frozen on vines, vinified specifically for eiswein / ice wine.
