The current owner has negotiated the terms of a three-year lease with an option to purchase the property directly from the landlord. Although this agreement has not been formally executed, it may provide an opportunity for a prospective buyer to establish long-term occupancy with a potential path toward property ownership.

Any new lease, purchase option, or assignment of negotiated terms would be subject to the landlord's approval and a separate agreement with the buyer.
