The decision to construct a state-of-the-art plant in Zanavi, Borjomi, under the current name was inspired by a rich centuries-old tradition. Notably, the renowned Georgian fruit processor and creator of distinctive soft drinks, Mitrofan Lagidze, sourced berries from Zanavi for his iconic products.
Presently, the meticulous preparations for the setup and commencement of natural fruit juice production have been successfully completed.
Our 100% natural apple juice is crafted through a meticulous process of direct fruit pressing, in this case, apples, followed by pasteurization at 82 C degrees. These natural juices are now being elegantly packaged in glass bottles, ready to grace your table.
Furthermore, our production facility is equipped with cutting-edge machinery, enabling us to offer our juices in both glass bottles and convenient 'Big-an-box' packaging.
The vital branding and promotional efforts are actively underway to introduce our products to the market.
Our state-of-the-art production line is proudly furnished by the Austrian firm 'Voran,' following their latest and most innovative technology. It is worth noting that a mere 1% of this venture represents an investment of $12,000.
