We are selling our successful roadhouse in the Southern WA Goldfields. Located on the national highway approximately 630 kms East of Perth, we are also in the middle of an expanding mining region. The freehold purchase contains a fuel station, restaurant, tavern, motel and caravan park. We are very well known locally for our great food, in particular our burgers, and have a strong social media following on Facebook and Instagram. The motel consists of 14 rooms with shared facilities, a basic kitchen, a linen room, 2 ensuite rooms (double and family), multiple camp sites and 6 powered caravan sites.
We are currently experiencing a resurgence in the local mining industry where we provide accommodation and meal packages for exploration and shut down programs. We also have passing traffic servicing the local mines as well as the national traffic of trucks, tourists and travellers as well. This is the beginning of a boom period for the area with multiple new sites currently being drilled for new nickel and lithium mines to open in the coming years.
We have made recent upgrades to the business in the past year including new airconditioners in the bar and shop, a new oven in the kitchen, a new coffee machine, new hot and cold displays in shop, new washer and dryers in the laundry and new mattresses for all 16 motel rooms.
