The property is located in a prime location in terms of tourism, nature and culture.
In the centre of the triangle Assisi (Pope Franciscus), Gubbio and Perugia, 3 widely renomated cultural cities. Emerged in the green of nature, with breathtaking views on the valleys and Apennines, completely private but still close to a village where you find everything (1 km).
Other marvelous cities like Montefalco, Bevagna, Spello, Spoleto, Rasiglia and so on, are all nearby, but also Spoleto, the Marmore falls, lake Trasimeno and even Siena and the hot springs of Rapolano are not far away.
The property has been maintained in its original style and has a lot of history and an enormous amount of energy.
You have your own private terrain all around and you can't even see the first neighbour.

It's tourism, so obviously there are a lot of other people in the business. But we've always looked at them as colleagues and often sent them tourist when our availability was null.
We've been here since 2003 and never worked with Online Travel Agencies because we never needed them, which means all revenue is ours, we never paid commissions (just look us up, you won't find us on any OTA website.
So there's still a lot of space for expansion, we deliberately only opened our doors to tourists from April to September (included) so we could enjoy the rest of the year doing other things and travel.
This business was my wife's dream, we still love this job very much, but we have some new plans now that our children are self sufficient. Time to realize some new dreams.
