Our company converts profitable food or convenience stores into high end grocery stores. The stores generate anywhere between $500,000 and $5M in revenue, for a $150,000 to $2,500,000 annual return to the owner operator.
-We currently have the following location available for sale, with 5 more available in June:
A location with Revenue of $850,000 and netting $180,000 to the operator in 2021.
The location is selling for $360,000.
The location is being renovated, the product mix is being extended, and a traditional southern Italian Pizzeria counter is being added, along with a home delivery service.
-Wilsetti works with all 5 major banks, and can arrange bank financing. You need at least 15% of the sale price in unencumbered funds to buy your own store ($54,000 or greater).
-Applicants must be organized, hardworking, ambitious, detail oriented, and with strong personal, communication, management, business development and customer service skills. Our clients pay very well, but they expect top quality management and service at all times.
We are mainly looking for full time vested owner operators, but we also accept investor applications for the larger stores. Experience in the food or grocery industry is preferable, but not necessary, as we provide extensive training.
-Our locations are existing food and convenience stores that already generate strong cash flow, but that can produce much higher returns upon being renovated, gentrified, and restocked with Wilsetti’s high quality suppliers and fine foods, including Terroni, Sud Forno, Sheldon Creek, and more.
-The stores we are selling are located in high end neighbourhoods that have gentrified rapidly over the past 15 years, where there is a high demand for Wilsetti’s fine foods.
Your starting profit can therefore increase significantly upon executing properly.
-In addition to convenience stores, Wilsetti secures location for you in high volume captive markets, such as malls (Yorkdale; The Eaton Centre…), Hospitals, Office towers, and more.
-Our stores can be bought outright and operated under your own brand, or can be licensed or franchised if you want more support and services. We have relationships with most of Canada's large property owners, and can generally provide you with a location in your neighborhood within 90 days.
We currently have another downtown store available immediately for $160,000.
