Mid way between Barcelona and Valencia and 15 minutes from the Mediterranean. Situated in the countryside and 15 minutes from the ancient Roman city of Tortosa. The farm is flat and well cared for with 300 olive trees and 125 almond trees. All productive. Close to mainline rail links and major trunk roads.
There are three buildings on the farm: a family home of 4 bedrooms; an ancient stone built cottage with double bedroom on a mezzanine; and a converted barn with large kitchen, large living space and 5 large, en-suite bedrooms one with wheelchair access. There are terraces outside kitchens and barbecues for all the buildings. There is a small above ground pool and terrace beside it.

We have an outlet in the UK for the selling of our own brand of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The equipment for the care and harvesting of the trees is included in the sale along with the furniture, fixtures fittings, and equipment required for the running of the holiday business. There is a Land Rover and Trailer (Spanish registered) included in the sale.
We will continue taking bookings for the holiday business and will pass these on to the buyer.
We advertise on Trip Adviser and Airbnb, as well as our own website.
There is potential to run art holidays and Cookery School and classes and yoga retreats here as the spaces and light in the buildings are perfect. Other outlets for the beautiful extra virgin oil are possible overseas and the development of our Adopt an Olive tree scheme would bring in extra income. Online marketing and social media experts would be able to promote the website.
We are the only legally registered "Campo" holiday business in the council's jurisdiction and enjoy good relations with the towns tourism department. There are other businesses in local parishes and on the coast but we are unique in ours.
