The total estimated value of the equipment is approximately EUR 149,500.
Existing Rental Agreement
The Hako Citymaster 1600 is rented to another company under an open-ended rental agreement.
Rental income is EUR 1,500 per month excluding VAT, or EUR 18,000 per year excluding VAT.
There is an opportunity to expand this arrangement by also renting out the Kärcher MIC 34C in the future.
Sale Terms
100% of the shares in the company are being sold together with the company's equipment fleet and the existing Hako Citymaster 1600 rental agreement.
On completion of the transaction, the company will be transferred free of debts, loans and leasing obligations. All equipment included in the sale is owned by the company and is not subject to any leasing obligations.
The balance in the company's bank account is not included in the sale price and will be determined prior to completion.

Tiek pārdotas **100% SIA kapitāldaļas** kopā ar uzņēmumam piederošo tehnikas parku un esošo Hako Citymaster 1600 nomas līgumu.
**Uz darījuma noslēgšanas dienu uzņēmums tiks nodots bez parādsaistībām, kredītiem un līzingiem. Visa piedāvājumā iekļautā tehnika ir uzņēmuma īpašumā un nav apgrūtināta ar līzinga saistībām.**
Uzņēmuma bankas konta atlikums pārdošanas cenā netiek iekļauts un tiek precizēts pirms darījuma.
