Dementia, Care & Nursing Home Expo 2020: What’s on?

This specialist exhibition is not to be missed if you're in the industry.

Update: The Dementia, Care & Nursing Home Expo has been postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak. A new date will be announed soon. Watch this space. It was due to take place at the NEC Birmingham on March 17-18, 2020.

The specialist exhibition is the UK’s most dynamic social care event, dedicated to inspiring business growth within the industry. It provides the ideal setting to network with thousands of business owners that are looking to expand or sell their social care businesses throughout the UK.

Around 5,000 care, nursing and residential care home owners and senior management teams are expected to attend, along with commissioning directors from local councils, NHS trusts and CCGs.

The event will feature more than 300 exclusively selected exhibitors, 50 interactive masterclasses, hosted by QCS and KareInn, and industry awards, celebrating and recognising the very best in care and dementia. Not to mention 150 CPD accredited seminars that aim to teach businesses how to run more efficiently, make profits, and help contribute to a sustainable social care model.

Care home

Commenting on the event, Marketing Director, Ashlea Gilfoy said: “In what has been a turbulent year for the social care industry - with a general election and question marks over future budgets - one thing has remained as consistent. The vital work carried out every day by social care workers.

Despite the hard work and dedication of those who work in the social care industry, there is still more to be done. The industry needs to evolve in order to offer effective, person-centred care for every person in the UK that needs it. The Dementia, Care & Nursing Home Expo vows to help the advancement of the social care industry by inspiring business growth and a sustainable social care model”
