The Target has decades of heritage operating as a fully integrated agri-food platform for premium ingredients, controlling the entire value chain from upstream agricultural production to semi-processed ingredients to finished preparations.
The Group’s products consist primarily of semi-processed plant based preparations made from certified and traceable vegetable ingredients, designed for use by triple-A industrial food manufacturers. There is also a line of limited selection of finished, DOP-compliant (Italian Local Seal of Provenance) products positioned in the premium segment.
Geographically, revenues are well diversified between domestic and export markets, with a ca. 30% exposure to North America alongside core European demand.
Processing is carried out in two owned highly automated facilities, ensuring scalability and consistent product quality.
