We are selling our family-owned restaurant with an attached bed and breakfast, personally established in 2007. Until now, it has been under our management. The property is located in the heart of the historic village of Chatillon, in the Aosta Valley, Italy. During the renovation, we paid special attention to details, striving to preserve the typical Alpine style, hence, we used a significant amount of stone and wood.
The restaurant, which includes an open-view oven for pizzas, is spread over two floors and features a bar at the entrance. Overall, it offers seating for approximately 100 guests. The B&B consists of a small reception and 5 rooms: 4 double rooms and one single room. Additionally, a small attic service apartment is included, which comprises a living room/kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom.
