The original building is of stone construction under a pitched tiled roof and has been extended in recent times and benefits from a car park, beer garden and children’s play area. At the time of writing there was a tenant operating the public house under an informal agreement paying an agreed monthly rent, all utilities and rates.
The building extends to approximately 460sqm (4,957 sq ft)
