This property is a French 'Colonie de Vacances' dedicated to giving children and adults access to holidays in the Pyrenees at reasonable prices. It's owned by a local council who - for budgetary reasons - have decided to let it go. Because it's owned by government bureaucrats it is being sold at way below its market price: at €384 the square metre! (Prices in Paris are now over €10,000 the m²).
What's for sale? There are four main buildings in the 2 hectare estate:

We feel that this property would be ideal as a dedicated road cycling and mountain bike centre catering for individuals and groups. Today there are any amount of small B&Bs offering cyclists accommodation as they test themselves against the Pyrenean passes ... but very few can cater for groups - for cycling clubs in London, Brussels or Paris who are looking for accommodation for 20 or 30 participants. This property is ready-made: the accommodation is there; the kitchens are there; the heating (and insulation) are good for the four seasons ... Groups could fly into Toulouse or Carcassonne and be installed in the centre 90 minutes later, ready to attack the Col de Chioula or the Col de Paillières the next morning.
Incidentally, the centre is still functioning and has the necessary health & safety certification. It is in perfect nick and needs no major work done on it.
