November - mid May / than during Low season; mid May to mid November. Whereas, LOW SEASON is great time for owner and employee vacations, for hiring and training new staff (if needed), and especially for implementing new marketing and business strategies based on worldwide events and the world-wide economies. The current market is very HOT!

If you are interested in the Real Estate side of the business, this department can also be discussed during our initial phone call. Real Estate sales do provide more property transfers to the Property Management and Project Management side of our business.
