Che Sirloin Steakhouse & Grill has been in operation since 2017 and underwent renovation and expansion in 2018. The business has a great reputation for fresh and high-quality product as well as inviting atmosphere and great service. As such we have a large local following and benefit from repeat business from the local community, national and international tourists and expats spending longer periods in the area. Playas del Coco and Che Sirloin have been our home for the last 3 years. During this time, we have fine-tuned our operation to minimize our footprint by minimizing waste, relying on local produce, adjusting to seasonal availability and improve profitability. We are free of disposable plastic, use biodegradable products, carry only bottled drinks, biodegradable containers and recycle all possible remaining products. The seasonal nature of the community enables us to strike an ideal life-work balance; adjusting operational hours according to the seasons and vacationing 6-8 weeks a year! Our success is based on word of mouth and consistency with absolute minimal marketing and advertising. New owners will have ample opportunities to grow and expand the business if desired.
We maintain a core kitchen team that has been working with us since day one, this well-trained team will gladly continue working at the restaurant and is the best possible resource to train and support any seasonal help needed for the busier high season.
