The hotel sits on 7,500 SQM of land and it is located in the region of Barahona. It is well known in the area and very popular among foreign groups, missionaries, birdwatchers and businessmen.

We have very good reviews and the highest booking rate in the area on Booking. All the rooms have been remodeled according to European standards of quality and style, and all of them are equipped with air conditioners and fans. The hotel has a parking area, internal and external restaurant and a large swimming pool.

The hotel is freehold and the business is growing very well, which has been confirmed by a great improvement in reviews. The current profit exceeds 10% of the asking price. You will not find similar structural quality in the whole region.

The tourism is growing well in the South of Dominican Republic, where peak season is from June to August and from December to March. The worst months are September and October because they coincide with rain season.
