A manufacturer of paper products, jurisdiction Kazakhstan (since 2014) The parent company is registered in the Netherlands. Shareholders of the company are European and state (KZ) private equity funds. The company requires investments amounting to $5 million. (45% share). We are ready to discuss registration of change of jurisdiction with a new investor-partner.
At present the company has started deepening of the production up to the full cycle - from paper base processing and cutting to pulp processing, installation and commissioning of paper machine (paper-making machine of European production of NELBA company with capacity of 13500 tons per year).
At the moment $6.6 million borrowed from the bank. (on the security of existing property).
We still have to invest $3 million before the start-up of the paper machine.
Realization of the project will allow to leave dependence on foreign paper base producers and increase economical efficiency of the company. The total volume of paper base consumption in Kazakhstan alone is about 60 thousand tons of paper base a year. Our project involves installation of paper production line with capacity of 13,000 tons of paper base per year, with its own maximum consumption of up to 6,500 tons per year.
The remaining volume can be sold both in Kazakhstan and in Russia, Kyrgyzstan and Georgia.
