We are offering for acquisition a production and warehousing complex in the Republic of Karelia, Russia. The facility previously specialized in the processing, blast freezing, and long-term storage of wild berries and mushrooms.

The complex was acquired as an asset had been pledged to the Federal Tax Service Directorate for the Republic of Karelia.

Its permitted use covers industrial and municipal warehousing facilities of hazard classes III, IV and V. Land cadastral number: 10:04:0010105:55. The production and refrigeration building and the office building are separately registered under cadastral numbers 10:04:0010108:58 and 10:04:0010105:41 respectively. Any reconstruction or change of use remains subject to the applicable Russian approval requirements.
