The top level of the house, call "the apartment " is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with its own kitchen, vaulted teak ceilings, and a balcony that wraps around two sides of the apartment. It can be accessed from inside the house or through its own separate entrance, ideal for when the lower levels of the house have guests and the owners or a property manager are living in the apartment.
So you and your guests are never missing water there are 2 water tank. And with the pump and pressure system, the water pressure is always good. Even when the property is fully occupied.
The water is heated with a solar system which saves a lot of power and therefore money too.
The construction is made with teak wood and concrete block, build to resist earthquakes and anti hurricane Windows.
It can accommodate up to 22 guests at a time.
