In 1998, a winemaker and an oenologist, discovered this ancient winegrowing area in Seville, which once housed 3450 hectares of vineyards. Its altitude of 550 meters above sea level and its franc-siliceous soils, on slate and hillside are the guarantee of quality and character of its wines.
