This business generates 100% of its revenue from Amazon FBA sales in the United States. The Seller uses 11 suppliers, all based in China. Inventory is shipped DDP either directly to Amazon or to a 3PL. At the moment, 50% of inventory is stored with the 3PL and the other 50% is stored at Amazon warehouses. The inventory limits associated with the Seller Central Account are currently 47,000.
The included Amazon Seller Central account features 35 SKUs for a variety of children’s toys, and is part of Amazon Brand Registry 2.0. Seven of the SKUs are in the top 20 of their subcategory.
Opportunities for growth according to the Seller include expanding into international Amazon marketplaces and adding more products. The Seller states that providing more products that are popular in the summer and year-round may provide additional revenue for a Buyer. There is also an included website that serves as a “business card” for the Seller. Developing this site for sales could provide a Buyer with an opportunity to expand revenue streams.
The Seller spends around 35 hours per week optimizing listings, adjusting PPC bids, handling inventory orders and shipments, consulting with other sellers, handling finances, and managing VAs. There are currently two VAs from the Philippines who help with customer service and operations. They are unaware of the sale but might continue with a Buyer.
