Investment Rationale

Summary of Historical Events

• Family staked 1100 Claims in the early 1970’s
• Family started Mining Operations on 59 of these Claims in 1986 to 2004
• Successful Operation generating over 60,000 fine ounces ( average of 3,226oz/yr)
• Family retired from mining in 2004 selling their “going concern” operating mine
• Over the years the family has sold off about 500 Claims to other miners (many of these are still successful / operational mines)
• Family has now decided to sell the remaining 596 premium virgin ground claims (surrounded by these adjacent current operational mines).
