The Concept
Programs will be offered, depending on the patient, for 1, 2, or 3 months, at $25,000 per month per patient, all-inclusive.
The experience will include:

Other rehabilitation programs in the country can cost around **$15-19,000/month with shared accommodations**. Our strategy is to target the premium market with a private, luxury alternative. Mainly focusing on US and Canadian patients.
Asset-Light Launch Strategy
Rather than immediately investing hundreds of thousands of dollars into a facility, we will initially rent a qualified property for each patient only after the patient has committed and made an initial payment.
This allows the business to minimize fixed overhead, and scale based on actual patient volume.
The initial goal is to reach 3–5 consistent patients per month within the first three months of official launch.
At $25,000 per month:
3 patients = $75,000 gross monthly revenue
5 patients = $125,000 gross monthly revenue
Founder Experience
The founder has over 5 years of experience generating leads, marketing and acquiring patients for leading rehabilitation facilities in Latin America, now launching his own program in the perfect location of Costa Rica.
This provides an existing understanding of patient acquisition, marketing, sales and the rehabilitation industry—one of the most critical components of launching the business.
Investment & Growth
Seeking **$100,000 in exchange for 50% ownership and 50% of profits**.
The investment will primarily be used to launch and scale marketing campaigns, generate qualified leads and establish the initial patient pipeline.
Once consistent demand has been established:
