The project is part of the approved Implementation Plan, on the area (available to the proposing Company) located in the south / east quadrant of the intersection between the Downgraded and the Tangenziale Ovest (Rotonda di Capezzana). The multi functional entertainment complex, free show time it extends between the main roads and the tangential on a total surface area of 13,000 square meters and 20,555 square meters of a SUL divided in turn into a number of complementary functions and associates, capable of starving a strong place of attraction.

The building has two floors above ground with a square in front of which the main functions overlook, raised by 1.50 m compared to the axial road. . Basement
Under the building and partially under the square, in a basement position, there is a large private car park of 17,300 square meters for the users of the Entertainment Center, divided into four compartments for fire safety and connected to the ground floor by three stairs with smoke filter and three lifts.
The parking, with an internal height of m. 2.90, higher than the minimum allowed by the Law of m. 2.40, is ventilated by two large open trenches, one of which (the one towards the ring road) also serves as an access and exit road while the other houses the pedestrian safety exits in case of fire. The ventilation system is completed by 5 intake chimneys, activated on the roof by solar energy (solar chimneys) in order to optimize the extraction of air from the room.
. First floor
The first floor of the complex is divided into two independent volumes, to the south that of the sports center and to the north the cinema multiplex.
The sports center covers approximately 1,858 m2 connected with two flights of stairs and an elevator to the space of the same destination on the ground floor. On the first floor there are the changing rooms for men and women and for the various gymnastic activities.
An external safety staircase shielded by a metal grid directly connects this floor with the ground floor. The sports area is separated from the "multiplex" by a large uncovered terrace, which also acts as an escape route in case of fire.
The main volume contains the multiplex Cinema, connecting spaces and connected functions for a total of 8,338 m2 divided into 14 rooms of different capacities for a total of 3,254 seats.

- (950) square meters of office space located above the attic of the sports center and intended as a pertinence to the multiplex activity (representative offices of the administration, meeting room, programming) said spaces are served by a smoke-proof staircase and by a safety ladder;
This floor is connected to the entrance hall with two escalators, two normal stairs alongside the escalators of m. 3.00, and a descent from 3.60 m as well as two lifts for disabled people.
All the rooms are surrounded by a terrace covered by an overhanging roof and protected laterally by a curved metal screen. This terrace constitutes the exit path from the rooms after the show and at the same time functions as an escape route, connected to the ground safely by 8 stairs of 2.40 m (4 evacuation modules) as well as a service staircase from the terrace north.
Above the distribution tunnel there is the technical space for the cameras and above, still on the roof, the technical rooms of the plants, some covered and others in the open air.
. 2nd and 3rd floor
The second and third floor of the complex consists of the multiplex offices, which are located above the gym, served by the ground floor with direct access by stairs and lift and surrounded by a large paved terrace, in turn enclosed by two metal mesh wings. that protect them from the winds.
Above the roof, in the center of the entire complex, and therefore not visible from the ground, the plant engineering machines have been placed, reachable by a ladder located in the technical terrace: some machines are positioned in closed technical volumes, others in the open air for better heat dissipation directly placed in front of the building.
