The company is built on the basis of three main components. This is - as mentioned above – the need for price changes, the functionality of the platform and the online and offline visibility.

The platform

The use of templates and plug-ins was avoided when building the software. This means a platform built down to the last detail, in which the speed and ease of use are of high quality.


With various XML feeds from recruitment software solution companies, the job board is already filled with 14,000+ vacancies and the official partner site of the largest player worldwide in job placement. For these feeds, there are options to receive affiliation fees for redirected visitors or start-apply-clicks.

Google Jobs

The job site is optimized for the new extension of Google (Google Jobs) and scores significantly higher speed scores than the competitors.

Revenue model

The platform's unique revenue model offers attractive opportunities for every type of user, regardless of the size of the company or budget. In addition, the software offers an automated account processing process with extensive payment options.

Possibility 1 and 2

The earnings model is divided into three options. The first two options work as follows: employers pay a low amount for posting one vacancy or opt for a lump sum payment where they can post unlimited vacancies for twelve months at a very competitive rate. It is possible to offer this in a subscription form with monthly transactions or for a one-time fixed amount per year.

Possibility 3

The third option is to post vacancies for free, where the employer only pays for the result. We charge a fixed amount per response to the vacancy, with a maximum budget that the customer has set in advance per vacancy. As soon as the employer pauses, stops or reaches the maximum budget, the amount is automatically debited from the linked account by means of a SEPA transaction.
