How do commissions work ?
Resales - an average sale in Spain is €240,000 with agent’s commission at 5% - €12k shared 50/50 so €6000 received by us. You earn 25% of this which is €1500,
New builds – average sale of €300,000, with average commissions of 10%. For new builds, we generally work directly with the developer so commission of €30,000 of which you would receive €7,500 !
