Following the transaction, the intention is to strengthen the company’s balance sheet through additional equity. Both shareholders will contribute NOK 2,500,000 each into the company as new equity, creating a total capital injection of NOK 5,000,000 to support growth and working capital.
Option 2 – Full Sale with Earn-Out
The owner is also open to discussing a 100% acquisition of the company, structured with an earn-out agreement where the current owner remains involved in the business during a transition period to support growth, continuity, and operational stability.
