FINANCIAL INFORMATION

You may start a single small take away unit from a minimum investment of AED 200,000 to Cafe Size Shop of AED 450,000. It all depends on the business model and shop size you select.

(1) Master franchising fee is equivalent to AED 350,000.

• Outlet opening fees: AED 20,000 per shop.
• Royalty fees 5% of the total revenue paid monthly.
• Minimum of 12 shops within four years within the given territory.
• Free marketing support.
• Free project management support (including floor plan and 3D drawings).

(2) Area development franchising fees are equivalent to AED 100,000.

• Outlet opening fees AED 30,000 per shop.
• Royalty Fees 6% from the total revenue paid monthly.
• Minimum of 8 shops within four years within the given territory.
• Free marketing support.
• Free project management support (including floor plan and 3D drawings).
• This agreement will grant you exclusivity in your selected area.

(3) Multi-Unit Franchising Fees is equivalent to AED 75,000.

• Outlet Opening Fees AED 35,000 per shop.
• Royalty Fees 7% from the total revenue paid monthly.
• Minimum of 4 shops within four years within the given territory.
• Marketing Fees 2%.
• Project Management Support (including Floor Plans and 3D Drawings) is equivalent to US dollar 5,000 per shop.
• This agreement is non-exclusive, but with 25 km distance from any other shop.

(4) Single Unit Franchising Fees is Equivalent to AED 55,000.

• Outlet Opening Fees AED 35,000 per shop.
• Royalty Fees 8.5% from the total revenue paid monthly.
• Marketing Fees 2%.
• Project Management Support (including Floor Plans and 3D Drawings) is equivalent to US dollar 5,000 per shop.
• This agreement is non-exclusive, but with 25 km distance from any other shop.
