Auction Logistics and OneDrop Click and Collect have been introduced as part of Mail Boxes Etc.’s desire to develop innovative ways of working and provide additional income streams for their franchisees.

Mail Boxes Etc. recently joined forces with ATG Media in order to provide a one-click logistics service for buyers who use thesaleroom.com for their auction items. Auction Logistics provides an end to end service that allows buyers to see upcoming sales listed, find the item they want (or have already purchased) and request a quote to collect, pack, protect and deliver it. Having already provided worldwide logistics to more than 2,000 auction houses, fine art dealers and antiques specialists for a number of years, Mail Boxes Etc. have enough expertise in this field to develop an efficient and effective service.

Mail Boxes Etc.’s OneDrop Click and Collect service has been developed as an evolution to their mailbox services. OneDrop appeals to people who shop online but who want to pay to have their internet shopping delivered to a single address to avoid missing deliveries when they are out at work all day.

Both new services offer franchisees more ways of attracting new customers and growing their business with existing customers. By innovating in this way, Mail Boxes Etc. know that they will continue to remain one step ahead of their competition and, despite fluctuations in the economy, their franchisees will remain profitable.
