Caremark (Bristol) prepares to launch new care service

Top of their list is ensuring all members of staff have the appropriate training to enable them to deliver the best possible service to their clients. 

Gemma Cheesewright, part of Caremark (Bristol)’s team successfully completed and attained certification on People Movers Moving and Handling Trainer / Assessor - Level 3 Award from TrainerQuals Accreditation Body, and First Aid at Work training from British Red Cross.

Caremark (Bristol) are keen to invest in the upskilling and ongoing training of all their staff.  Enabling people to perform at the highest level and also advance their career is a key part of the company’s ethos.

Gemma was nominated for this training by (Bristol)’s Care Manager, Beverley O’Hara.  This comprehensive training will give her additional skills and provide an accredited in-house trainer equipped to train all the care and support staff on Moving and Handling, one of the key mandatory training modules.

The Bristol based home care company has just achieved its registration with the Care Quality Commission and will soon provide personalized care and support to vulnerable individuals in their local community.
