Lastminute Care & Nursing are a new expanding success. A Nursing Agency that supplies staffing solutions to the NHS, Nursing Homes, Care Homes, Hospitals, Mental Health Services and Learning Disability Projects.

 

With the aim of developing a new model that reduces working capital requirements and focuses on trading from the start of the business the owner of Lastminute Care & Nursing launched the Pilot Scheme in the North-West area in 2015. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in operating Recruitment Businesses in the Care Sector over the last 12 years, they were able to develop a unique system that has even surpassed their own expectations.

In only 12 month’s time and with less than £500 working capital Lastminute Care & Nursing have achieved £1M turnover in their first year of trading. Now that is something to be proud of indeed, and it just keeps getting better, moving forward expanding and developing a fantastic reputation. Quite possibly the fastest growing Nursing Agency around.

Asked how the business has developed so quickly during what some would say to be challenging economic times in many sectors the Director of the Business provided the following quote:  Healthcare recruitment although quite recession resilient is like any business, it is a process that involves hard work, dedication and resolve.  That being said our model is unique and our approach differs enough to be noticed and different gets you through the door!
