After a success career as a Management Accountant, Sandip Chauhan wanted to pursue his long-term objective of running his own business. Together with his university friend Ket Patel who had an established career in the IT industry, they decided to investigate all their options for possible industries and viable business models in 2004.

They wanted to start their new venture on a part-time basis alongside their full time roles, to allow themselves time to nurture the new business and minimise the risk involved. They identified that the proven franchise model worked well with this philosophy.

Over time, Sandip and Ket took the decision to consolidate their business to allow them to enjoy a better work/life balance. Today, they employ around 90 staff and have a diverse, impressive portfolio of clients ranging from commercial offices, gyms, restaurants, superstores and cinemas.
