Auditel’s Award-Winning Training goes from Strength to Strength

In November, Auditel’s Managing Director Chris Allison addressed the gathering at their 17th National Conference marking the end of another momentous year: “Today’s agenda was crafted to provide you with ideas to move your businesses forward. I am sure our workshops and key-note speakers will have helped you to prepare for 2013.”

Allison reveals that the feedback from the network was very positive. “I am pleased to note that many of you found this year’s Conference stimulating, thought-provoking and pertinent. Since then, we have held two Sales Process workshops, three Energy Management workshops and two ‘Winning Edge’ courses. In total, over 90 Affiliates received further training at these events.”

Edward Brewer, Auditel’s Franchise Development Director, adds: “Our training and support have been recognised in the franchise industry as being exceptional. Over the past three years we have been nominated as finalists in the Franchise Marketing Award for Best Franchisee Marketing Support. We were also nominated as finalists in the bfa HSBC Franchisor of the Year Award in 2010 and 2011. This year we were judged the Winner of this Award for Outstanding Franchisee Support.”

New franchisees receive their start-up training at the Winchester Head Office. It includes personal and professional development, cloud-based business tools, accounts, sales and marketing, networking, client management systems, the unique Total Cost of Purchase Business Model ®, technical training on communications, energy and utilities, other business consumables and social networking. Following on, and as part of the start-up training, new franchisees take part in a two-day ‘Winning Edge’ course and three webinars on business tools training.

Brewer again. “Franchisees are able to draw upon our cloud-based Auditel Business Management System which contains 18 years of shared knowledge plus the assistance provided by over 200 hundred colleagues. For the coming year, other than our Annual Suppliers and National Conferences, we will have fifty additional courses and twelve Regional/Local Meetings.
