This company was founded in 2018 and has grown rapidly through brilliant business strategies, powerful branding, outstanding customer service, tactical market positioning, negotiated strategic hauling agreements and other arrangements that substantially reduce hauling costs. They are now so busy they are turning down multiple roll-off calls a day.
Sale includes appx. $900k in equipment including 75 dumpsters, 15 trucks and trailers (3 of which are leased on good terms), specialized tools for all the operations, and more. Five of the trucks are very useful "walking floor trailer" trucks (upgraded heavy-duty models costing $100k each) which make unloading a large truck full of refuse nearly effortless.
As well as the core roll-off business, substantial revenue is generated from high-volume waste hauling contracts and other specialized contracted services, to be disclosed after an NDA is signed.
$800k+ of proforma 2020 owner earnings! 2020 net owner earnings were $520,000, on $1.8m in total revenues. However, if everything was exactly the same in 2020 but the current profitable improvements and cost-savings processes were in place, the owner earnings would have been more than $800k. These profit-improvements are the result of substantial owner investment and a buyer will fully benefit from from these. Core 2021 revenues and earnings are trending higher than 2020 and the business is benefiting from the improved profit structure. Owner earnings in 2018 and 2019 were very modest as the owners re-invested into the business and equipment, but the revenues took-off strongly in 2020, even with the pandemic slowing things down.
HUGE TAMPA OPPORTUNITY: Several of the business's large NE Florida clients also have operations in the Tampa, FL region and they have specifically requested that this business expand its roll-off services there.
