This is a great International Bar, located in a great Location in Illetas close to Palma
The Bar caters to a well-heeled crowd of Locals and Tourists all year around. Providing Drinks and Gastro Pub type food this Bar is always busy no matter what time of year.
The spacious Bar can seat at least 40 people (Max Capacity in 98) with a great Terrace perfect for sitting cocktails after a long day at work or on the Beach.
The Bar is fully equipped with lots of fridge and storage space, as detailed in the pictures. The Bar is very popular within the local community and hosts all the big sporting events Football, Rugby and F1. A lot of the crowd tend to work in the yachting Industry so they like to work hard and play hard.
There is also a pool table, 3 TV screens and a good sound system to keep the clientele entertained.
The fully fitted Kitchen has everything you need to provide 'Gastro Pub' type food all day long from English Breakfasts and Avacado on Toast, to Home Made Burgers and good European style food.
The Bar itself in summer is open for 8am in the morning right through to 1am with slightly reduced hours in the Winter of 11am-11pm
The terrace is equipped with big sofas and umbrellas providing much-needed shade in the summer months and always a popular place to sit and watch the world go by. In the Winter there are canopies which can be used as well as a few outdoor heaters.
The Bar itself is run by an English couple with a couple of additional staff and most importantly is incredibly profitable.
A full set of accounts for the last 2 years is also available which is unusual in Mallorca, The current owners are happy to do a 1-month handover and intro the new owners to all suppliers etc and show them the ropes.
