We are the only bed and breakfast/guest house/ hotel on Peasholm drive, over looking peasholm park, there are lots of bed and breakfasts in Scarborough, but only a handful of 4 stars and as guests expectations are higher standard; they should receive good quality accommodation and a great breakfast; then 4 star silver has to be the way forward.
