By carrying out the excavations for the basement garage, many original bricks of the time came to light which, once cleaned, were used in the construction of the external flooring of the property.
The buildings appear today as typical rustic farmhouses of the Tuscan countryside, with bearing walls in stone and masonry and all the typical features still clearly visible, including wooden beams, terracotta floors, natural wood frames and even a particular sundial mounted on the south wall of the annex.
