Hello, I'm the owner of Rush Urgent Care, a turn-key IV therapy and general medicine clinic in beautiful Jaco, Costa Rica.
I am looking for a new owner or a possible partnership! This would be an excellent opportunity for an existing doctor looking to grow their practice or start their "retirement job" in beautiful Costa Rica.
The clinic provides general medicine, and we specialize in IV therapy. We also offer an in-home "concierge" service. We have a beautiful office in Jaco Walk, the nicest shopping center in town. All furnishings, existing supplies, and meds would naturally be included in the sale. Once established, this business could be easily run from abroad. Our MD has 5 years of general medicine experience and is fluent in English. Although I am usually at the clinic helping him, he is quite capable of running the clinic on his own, and I trust him implicitly. He is aware of this sale and would be happy to work with any new buyer. I would also extend myself as a consultant for as long as needed.
All permits and licensing are paid and current, and we are in good standing with the municipality and with our patient base!
We have a website, Facebook, and Instagram as well as tons of marketing material including several small billboards.
There is still great potential for the clinic I have done all the hard work but now I am being pulled in another direction and need to pass it on.

Reasons for selling:

I am pursuing another opportunity and I feel like I'm not focused enough on the clinic to give it what it needs. I would rather someone else take control so the clinic can reach its true potential.
