Has there ever been a time when Irish Pub has not been fashionable? We opened this Irish Pub in 2019. We put a lot of energy and heart into the development and renovation of this place. We enjoy and appreciate this time, but it really is time to sell it now.
Despite the short-term lockdown in the country and the stop of the tourist flow, our pub is open and received a lot of support from our regular guests and friends. The pub is currently open and continues to work.
What you get here is a renovated 41 seats inside and 10 outside with all internal fixtures and fittings to reopened and trade, this includes the kitchen equipment, fridges, freezers, glassware, cutlery, beer on tap, 2.4/2.4 m large screen, 5500 luminous projector, music system and... pretty much everything. The total area is 98 sqm, the customer service area is 62 sqm. Full capacity is over 100 people.
I can provide a full inventory of equipment on request, goods in the pub (spirits, beers, wines, soft drinks, food in the kitchen and others). We have the legal rental contract term is from June 2019 to June 2022. Rent has already been paid until June 2021.Rent payment is 470 $ per month.
We have all the legal documents, licenses required to do business in Vietnam.
The business owner can be issued a resident card, as well as for family members for 2 years. This card gives you and your family the right to freely enter and leave Vietnam or stay in Vietnam without leaving the country for visas renewal.
