Large concrete contractor that primarily works with residential builders. The business was started in the mid-2000s and has grown to be one of the largest concrete companies in North Texas. Sales have increased 500% since the beginning of 2018. The owner was heavily involved in the early years, but has since put supervisors and managers in place so the business can operate without the owner being involved.
The current facilities are not included. There is a brick and mortar location, but the owner believes the business can be operated without a physical location.
The business is centered in an area that is having drastic economic growth. The Dallas / Fort Worth area is one of the fastest growing regions in the nation. The owner is opening his own cement mixing plant which will allow the company to have easier access to cement and at a lower price.
There are some large competitors in the DFW area, but the region the business currently services is not nearly as competitive, there are two smaller local competitors in the region. It is also located in an area with large developments being built daily, so there is plenty of residential and commercial work to go around.
The owner wants to pursue some other opportunities in other industries and felt they have built the company to as big as they would like to manage.

They mainly service residential builders. There is an abundance of commercial work available but the owner has chosen not to pursue it. There are no licenses required, but anyone with an understanding of construction and contracting can step into the business and learn the trade by the time their training is over. The current owner believes that operations can be ran without a new owner even being involved (absentee owner).
