The front garden can be accessed from the bar, it has a path leading out onto the cliff path. The back garden has a decked area and 14 x 5 m swimming pool which needs refurbishment, and comes with brand new pipes and boiler that need to be refitted. The hotel boasts a large 100 square metre commercial kitchen with main kitchen, prep station, cooking area, waiters and KP section, multiple pantries and food storage areas and large walk-in fridge. The Isle of Wight and Shanklin in particular is a popular tourist destination which gets very busy between March and October every year. The cliff path directly in front of the hotel is a very busy pass way that leads to the beach and old village making it the perfect location for a hotel. The beach below has many tourist attractions, pubs and restaurants. The hotel is located very close to public transport making it very accessible.
