Personally designed and just a newly finished project for a small boutique hotel with attached a private house.
High situated above the village of Kirazlı, approx. 14 km away from beach resort Kuşadası and close to the ancient city of Ephesus in Selcuk area. Kirazlı village is known for its daily visitors for having a Turkish breakfast or lunch in the gardens of local villagers. Over the last years, the small hotels are getting more popular too in the area, especially now with the Covid Corona situation. People are escaping from the busy tourist places and are enjoying peaceful settings of nature and good fresh food. Foreigners and local people are spending time in this area.
The property is built in a square, a hacienda-style with an inner garden, and outside the building of 2 levels ground-floor with a staircase to the lower level, a swimming pool of 12 x 5 m.
The high corner of the building is the entrance with its reception & lobby. On the other corner, you will find a private house of 150 m2 with a separate entrance. The whole plot, verandas and pool area is surrounded with solid high walls of local rock, which gives the place a special authentic ambiance.

All rooms, reception and restaurant already furnished with a personal touch, such as brocante & antique and vintage items gathered over the years.
All rooms have a split airco system already connected. The hot water and heating system already prepared.
Private house: has a large living, large living-kitchen, entrance with WC and laundry and storage
1st floor two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living area is surrounded with an L- shape veranda with a stunning view.
The pool will be finished in the coming months, what is left to be done is the garden and planting.
As the former guesthouse I was running before, the name has a patent, the social media, and the well-known tourism sites and hotel reservations sites are still online. So it is just a matter of finalizing it and ready to take over.
