Ours is a beautiful beachfront boutique hotel located on Ambergris Caye, Belize - 1 mile north of San Pedro town center. Location is "Caye" with travelers seeking to be out of town, but not isolated in the far north or far south.
We offer 7 beautifully decorated and maintained suites, a rooftop terrace with million dollar views, 30X10 pool with pool deck and walk-out beach (no seawall) and only 6-8 minutes from downtown, seconds from restaurants, bars, diving, snorkeling, fishing.

We offer three (3) ocean-front QUEEN-bed suites with efficiency kitchen (no range/stove) and 2 can be adjoined if desired to our two (2) KING-bed suites with full kitchen including gas range. We also have one (1) garden-view QUEEN-bed suite with full kitchen/apartment sized appliances including gas range. Our final offering is one (1) 2-bedroom/2 bathroom owners suite with enormous gourmet kitchen, open floor plan living/dining/office/family room. This suite can be rented if desired, or used as owners residence.
Built in 2015, opened in March 2016, the property has been well maintained with mature gardens and appointments. All furniture (indoor/outdoor) is included, only private artwork and belongings are not included in the sale.
Revenue averaged $238K for 2017, 2018, 2019 with NO REVENUE from owners suite which was occupied by the owners.
