About GOLDESTATE Ltd. was founded in 2007 as a Romanian legal person, privately owned, organized as a limited liability company. In 2008 company management decided to expand the company's activity and the property market and thus founded the Real Estate Division GOLDESTATE SRL SC Since then and until now mainly acquired real estate activity in the commercial activity of the company. Real estate activity of the company follows two specific directions: on one hand the company focuses on brokerage activities, property consultants and real estate development projects on their own or in partnership. The second component of the company's real estate activities aimed at rental property consisting of office buildings, warehouses and retail space to third parties
Constanta is located in Constanta county in the extreme south-east of Romania, the Black Sea, with coordinates: 440 11 `- north latitude, 280 39 '- East longitude. Administrative land area is 1121.66 km2.
