Are the brand, logo, clientele, social media following, & recipes for sale too?
• Because we think most people may prefer to set up their own concept and menu.
However ~~ if you do see the value of branding built up over 12 years, active licences, insurance (paid up until 2019), and related intellectual property like menu recipes, catering recipes, clientele database (newsletter subscribers and social media accounts), website, online ordering & delivery partnerships, logo, and two full-time staff...
