Reasons for selling:

I hand-selected this extraordinary property with a clear vision: to create a sanctuary for healing and a boutique retreat center. However, during the pandemic, I returned to Slovakia to care for my elderly mother. My life and priorities have since shifted, and I have decided to remain here permanently.
