Our Group Exercise Studios offer moderately paced, 30 minutes or
less workout programs that are fun for clients, and fun for you! No
other fitness facility meets the needs of today's active adult
quite as well as Fit After 50.
Our studios are client-oriented and easy to operate. We provide a
social, non-intimidating environment for our members. For the
franchise owners, it's a sociable, pleasant work
experience....while hosting congenial, respectful clientele. As our
motto states, it a "simple and satisfying business to
own."
For a franchise fee of $27,900, you are investing in a business
that is fun to operate and serves the health and well being of your
community. A flat rate monthly royalty fee of $399 plus a
modest ad fund fee is used to market Fit After 50 Studios, thus
increasing the value of your investment. In addition we offer an
exciting 50's and 60's interior decor that is visually
motivating, nostalgic and unique! Your total investment in
franchise fee, decor and all start-up costs including initial
membership recruiting should range from $75,000-$85,000. There is
also a lease program to reduce your out of pocket expenses if
needed.
The recommended studio size is 1200-1500 square feet. We provide
comprehensive site location services with experienced locators. The
franchise is a turn-key package for the studio including equipment,
training, operations manual, marketing plans and complete decor
customized to your space size and shape.
The primary skills required to be a successful franchisee are an
entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to work hard and have fun.
You spend your day enjoying a non-stressful, healthy and social
environment. You experience the rewards of witnessing your member's
health and well being improve. Basically, this is a "feel good,
do good" business... and you are working for yourself. We train
you to lead the circuit workout, build membership and run the
business operation. You will also receive ongoing support from
Corporate and fellow franchisees.
