Training:
After completing the intensive four week in store
training at the training center in Atlanta, Georgia, the franchise
operator is well prepared to serve customers. Prior to your store
opening, extensive training involving classroom instruction
combined with in-store hands-on experience prepares the franchise
operator to effectively and efficiently manage a store. Training
covers customer service, food preparation, delivery techniques,
sanitation, marketing, and administration. Plus, a member of the
training team will work side-by-side with you during your opening
week. We also offer training manuals and on-going training programs
to help you long after your store opens.
Steak-Out Marketing
Training:
Steak-Out marketing provides support to franchise
operators with marketing training classes during the training
process as well as marketing assistance in opening the first store.
Additionally, Steak-Out assists in developing grass roots local
store marketing programs targeted to reaching groups of customers
with objectives of building awareness and creating demand in
limited delivery areas. Menus, doorhangers, outdoor billboards, and
direct mailers are all part of the program. Continuous marketing
support includes consultation and field visits to provide
assistance with a customized marketing plan.

Consultants:
These highly seasoned and experienced
professionals help you design results-oriented business plans along
with proven safety and security operational systems. In addition,
they are also helpful in site selection, inventory, and operational
control systems. In their coaching and assistance, they are able to
