We are a 6+ year old, full service web design, development and online marketing (including SEO) firm with a high percentage of reoccurring business and excellent profit margins. Our average expenses for the last 12 months are ~$12,050 per month. Our average monthly income for the last 12 months is ~$23,700, so over the last 12 months there has been a average profit of about $11,650 per month ($140,000 per year).

Profit in 2007 was about $114,000 (before owners salary). January through September this year revenue is up 28% and profits are up 30% over the same period last year.

In addition to our regular maintenance work, we have a substantial amount of business lined up to be completed within the next 12 months that would be included with the sale.

All of our work is billed on a time and materials basis and profit is built right into the hourly rates. No guessing if you are going to make money on a job or not, we are a professional service provider and bill just like other professional service providers.

The company has a nearly 100% satisfaction rate from their clients. Our billable rates are 30% lower then the average in Western Washington for comparable service and results.
